That is hilarious what are they thinking you will have lots of witnesses on your side and the best thing about is that you will be able to question them about all of the associated companies and the structure of each. Best of all get pictures of them and counter sue for wasting your time in small claims and this lawsuit. If they think they can scare people off with a little law suit in the trucking business they don't know too much.

Honestly Wolf run logistics has a big surprise coming for them. I heard serious people are looking for all of them now. An unnamed party got fed up, they took matters into their own hands.

I am sure the Justice of the Peace presiding over the court that day was not too impressed with a no-show plaintiff! Seems somewhat futile to go to the trouble of filing a motion in Small Claims court and then not show up for any of the hearings. I guess they run their legal activities like they do their transportation....all screwed up!

I made a comment on Insidetransport.com 10 years ago about Canova Logistics being very slow payers and said they make promises they don't keep. They came from Montreal and put pressure on our owner to fire me, I was so surprised they went to that trouble.............I had cut Canova off already, but because they didn't want to look badly on Insidetransport.com we got every penny of the 100K they owed us.

I believe I've seen periodic notifications on Loadlink that wolf run logistics out of Ontario is not a member of the link and to urge caution. Maybe they should be going after Transcore Link Logistics Corp lol
