AFTER WE GOT SCAMMED WE FOUND OUT THAT THIS PLACE IS BEING RUN AND OWNED BY FAMOUS SCAMMER KULDEEP SINGH OTAL
THEIR CONFIRMATION SAID THE SHIPPERS NAME AS TRINAMICS BUT LATER WE TRIED TO FIND A CONTACT TO THIS COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT THEY SOLD THIS PROPERTY LAST YEAR TO KULDEEP OTAL SO THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS ADDRESS.
DO NOT PICKUP OR DELIVER ANY LOADS TO THIS ADDRESS . YOU WILL NOT BE PAID AT ALL
WE PICKED A LOAD FROM HERE GOING LAST MILE LOGISTICS CALGARY. THEY AGREED TO PAY QUICK PAY IN 7 DAYS AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NOW WHEN WE CALL KULDEEP STARTS TO YELL AT US FOR CALLING HIM BECAUSE HE IS VERY BUSY. THE LAST MILE LOGISTICS GUYS THAT RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT ARE SAYING THAT THEY WILL NOT PAY BECAUSE THEY ARE JUST A CROSSDOCK NOT THE BUYER OF PRODUCTS.
AFTER SEARCHING ON THIS WEBSITE WE FOUND THAT THIS GUY HAS MANY COMPANIES

ITS ACTUALLY KINDA FUNNY THAT THESE GUYS GET AWAY FROM THE LAW BY SCAMMING PEOPLE AND STILL LIVING NORMAL LIFE LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.

Do not believe so. EA Logistics has an operating license issued by the FMCSA and usually Otal companies only "do" line hauls domestically.

Hello Everyone, Kuldeep's new business venture seems to be Tesla Logistics Inc out of Calgary Alberta. Pictures aren't very clear but driver showed up with a 5911 Trans trailer.

But yet he is pulling loads and finding carriers to move his freight, so how small of a community are we?

This is what boggles my mind, these guys are repeat offenders whom you can't take any civil action against, they close one company and open another. i have yet so see any criminal charges against Otal and gang. I'm sure if there are enough complaints to the right government agency then something can be done. Until then best we can do is inform everyone of these fraudsters.
