Has anyone dealt with Chargo Fast Cargo in the last year?? We have an invoice from May 2022 that remains unpaid. They don't answer their phones and you can't leave a message. I did get ahold of Bev by email and she claims their computers were hacked and are trying to piece things together. No concrete answer on when we will get paid.

bev@chargo.ca We actually finally did get paid just short of 90 days. We will proceed with caution going forward.

I too am waiting for an invoice to be paid from them, the invoice is from May. I was told to email it to Gerry@nimbletransportation.ca, waiting for a reply.

In Aug of 2022 we had issues collecting on an invoice. We had to contact Nimble Transport which was in some sort of way connected to the invoice we were collecting from. We were paid and have not done business since.
How old is your invoice?

I use them for my local regional Ontario freight... good carrier and responsive. Maybe give them a call again.. they deal in many small LTL orders.. lots of stuff on the go, and that perhaps can get overwhelming at times.
