The load confirmation you posted here is not the one your company sent to Justin.
Carrier postal code ends differently, contact person last 2 letters are CH, this load sheet includes a skid count, FGM's does not, this load confirmation includes a weight, FGM's does not, the right side of the sheet is mostly the same except the offered amount is $1000 and you removed the DOT#.
Is this your rebooking load confirmation when your dispatch team learned that the load was hazmat? If so, please don't present it as the load sheet you sent Justin because it's clearly not.

Yes that MC belongs to carrier who did the load right since it was HAZMATalso MC# is different
