On March 6, 2008, Harrow Truck Lines Inc was placed in Receivership by its second-in-line Secured Creditor, BRIAN LYONS, who it is believed, a spouse of HAZEL FERGUSON, in whose sole name, was Harrow.

This is not a bankruptcy. Brian Lyons has or will buy out Bank of East Asia's interest of $1,500,000 by collecting the receivables of Harrow, and now "legally" not paying the unpaid carriers. He is next in line for supposedly the next $300,000 after The Bank of East Asia receives their money.
 
It further appears that Locomote Systems Inc (a flatbed company that has been around for 15 years or so, will be "operating" the business of Harrow effective March 7, 2008.

Locomote has a terminal already in Milton. I would presume they bought the assets and not the liabilities of Harrow.
 
The latest joke with Harrow now is that Brian Lyons has been appointed "Receiver" per the Trustee, to collect outstanding receivables for the First Secured Creditor, Bank of East Asia, and Second Secured Creditor.........Brian Lyons

Guess who Brian's "spouse" is????

Harrow going down and screwing over everyone was a given, anyone that knows them knew that. I am just surprised it took this long.
I do have a dislike for people that play along with that type of thing. Buying the assets knowing very well everyone is going to get screwed.
 
Harrow Now Bankrupt

Harrow Truck Lines Inc has now offically declared bankruptcy March 26, 2008.
First meeting of creditors April 14 10am 1167 Caledonia Rd., Toronto
 
they called me for loads today, their numbers are active, claim someone bought them out....

Also rumour that there was a Harrow owned by Lyons in the US that was unaffected by the bakruptcy - what a shell game
 
Has anyone done any work for Locomote? Were you paid on time? We are looking at taking a load from them on Monday. I just want to know if I am going to get paid or if I should RUN!!
