Caught double brokering blatantly after insisting he was doing all loads by himself. The actual carrier took load hostage for nonpayment of previous invoices between the 2 of them, leaving ourselves and our customer baffled. Nice. I suggest to stay away at all costs.

Are these loads cross border? If so, they only have 1 truck as per the FMCSA. Probably only one truck for the whole fleet.

Do not book this carrier. We have got a carrier coming after us wanting to be paid for a load given to them. Do yourself a favor, do not allow them to touch any of your freight. Probably more to come...

Are they associated with Brar Haulage in Caledon or an Anmol Brar by any chance?

I posted the below on a different thread but have no direct experience with them

Loadlink lists their (Booster Freightways) phone number as 825-365-3047 but partner carrier has 825-438-7076 which is also Jal Kaur Brar Logistics

Tag Lines
Booster Freightways: You Believe We Carry
Jal Kaur Brar Logistics: We Carry Your Trust

According to SAFER SMS both companies have 1 truck / 1 driver, no inspections

Load Link just lets scammers on their board on a daily basis. Maybe it is time they are held accountable?

Same deal for the Truckstop, just received some sap story from one of their "Senior Growth Specialists" about how his high school buddy lost his brokerage due to a double broker scam costing $113k. I sent an email the last time they trotted out the RMIS add on, why are the scammers, carriers/brokers with multiple confirmed cases of this behavior still active on the Truckstop. Crickets, because that would hurt their bottom line. They don't give a hoot about ethical business practices, or any of their members getting screwed for that matter.
