I have just heard that the above companies has been forced into receivership as of June 20, 2022. This was a fairly large company in the transportation industry around GTA with its hands in warehousing, leasing, renting, brokerage, trucking, truck lube among other things. They were reportedly winding business down but HSBC Bank decided it was in their best interest to move forward with this order. Here is the receivership order.
