I see that's when they filed .. (what's the difference between filing chapter 11) and getting notice of chapter 7?

The purpose of posting the address of the company you are talking about is because there is more than one New Century.
Date, not so relevant in the grand scheme.

We have been receiving doc's on this and yet they do not owe us money nor do we owe them money? We did do a load for them a few years back but we did get paid for it.
