(a) V-Bulletin has a great "search" option. It will allow you to call up any previous threads about the company you are having a problem with BEFORE YOU CREATE ANOTHER NEW POST - just add your post to the existing thread and it will appear at the top of the forum posts.
(b) When posting statements like "ABC Company - owe me $600 from last July", why not include the address and phone number.
(c) If you want to update a previous post, just add your new post to your old one. Again, it will bring it to the top of the list.
