I have back in mid-2020.
My only experience wasn't the greatest. I will never use again.
Long story short- I paid for FTL. They thought they could fit more goods on the truck. While trying to fit whatever other freight on the truck. They damaged half of my order. The damages were extensive, and the customer deemed the goods unsalvageable.
Submitted a claim directly to them in writing. It came very evident they either had no clue about the claim process and/or had any interest in working with me to resolve the file. I got their insurance company involved and we got reimbursed.

I have used them on truck loads of scrap. No issues to be noted. Service was not the best , but it was not the worst.
