Booked a load with this company and had a terrible experience.
They have poor service, not good comminicators, cannot get an accurate response and when this go wrong they put you on hold for 10 minutes. VERY FRUSTRATING .

I use them a couple times a month...I can't recall ever having any significant service issues...

They do a few loads for us, but as soon as things hit the fan its impossible getting a hold of them.

Unfortunately they are currently on our DNU list. Same issues, did many loads for us no issues, then had a spur of problems. No response or concern at all from Management. Completely ignoring all issues, not professional at all, and wouldn't answer any correspondence or calls. Its a shame....they use to do a good job.

I have used them in the past, and it'll go from either good service, or completley bad, there's no in between with them.
If you have no other choice then tread lightly and be all over them, but in all honesty try to avoid them and use someone else, you'll sleep better.

They move all our LTL Outbound with no issues. Joe, John. Audrey. Great to work with.

Audley does local work for me, great guy to deal with.

Joe/John do US and I have had no issues, haven't used great deal but no issues to report.

Our Issues were on the Western Canada portion of their lanes serviced, not the US portion.

I've had a similar experience as a few others here. Great at times, both service and rates. When issues arise, the communication seems to end. I feel your rolling the dice with these guys.
