Looking to rent but at 22-26per sq foot is high!!

So thought I would see if anyone had space we could share and help with bills and see if there are any synergies we may have together.

Crazy market eh? We were renting before we bought our own office and I'm pretty sure the landlord was covering his entire mortgage if not more solely off the rent, so it's never a bad idea to look at buying if you're already covering someone's mortgage. Might as well since there are lots of low down payment options for businesses through BDC.

On the fence on buying but it looks like that might be the only way to get something reasonable...
